Within the Gisa Group structure, subcontracting projects in energy industry were carried out in 2013 through NAVITAS GmbH based in Düsseldorf, Germany. NAVITAS is currently working in technical consulting, training and business development in foreign markets.

Established in 2013, Gisa AMERICAS (Vancouver, CA), operates as the liason Office of Gisa Group Canada / USA with focus on technology and know-how transfer as well as striving to develope projects with constant expansion in interregional trade.
